1. How can we generate barcode in MaXim POS Software for items having no barcode?

While creating item in MaXim Item Masterwith no barcode, keep the barcode column blank. The item barcode will generate automatically and appear in the barcode section.

2. Is multiple tendering types possible in MaXim POS Software?

MaXim POS Software allows you to create multiple tendertypes like cash, creditcards, gift voucher andloyaltycard points.

3. Does MaXim POS allow mailing reports in various formats?

Yes, In MaXim POS, you can easily export all reports in PDF,Excel,Word

4. Does MaXim support transactions at sub-account level?

Yes, With MaXim POS, you can create subledger or subaccounts under main account heads and include in transactions. Expense &income transactions in MaXim POS like salary, Electricity Bills Outlet wise can be done in subledger level.

5. Does MaXim POS have an option to assemble multiple items to create a new item?

Yes, In MaXim POS, you can define, create assemble, map items of various units and quantities to create a new item. This unique feature allows you to assemble and disassemble them at any time.

6. Does MaXim POS have an option of credit sales in a POS counter?

Yes, MaXim POS allows you the flexibility of creating credit sales transactions on your POS counter for all your credit customers. MaXim POS can track your credit customers’ current balance, set a POS salelimit,warn/block a particular sale if the credit customer is going beyond the credit limit defined in the system.

7. What are the other types of sales that MaXim POS can define?

With MaXim POS, you can manage all other types of sales like trading & distribution from MaXim Back Office Module which is separate module from POS sales. For all types of Sales, MaXim POS allows you to generate quotation, delivery order, delivery note.

MaXim POS multi-currency feature allows you to do transactions directly at the POS counter, while the back office can do purchases in multi currencies while giving you reports in Multi currency or your local currency
